The Ministry of Culture, R.O.C., held the 14th Arts & Business Awards ceremony at Songshan Cultural and Creative Park yesterday (19, November). After being acclaimed with the "Corporate Culture Award" during the 13th edition, Taiwan Fu Hsing received further recognition. In addition to securing the perennial "Bronze Award", it stood out amidst a plethora of contenders, sharing the esteemed "Corporate Contribution Award" with Taiwan Power Company.

The Arts & Business Awards, a nationwide accolade, were established to encourage local businesses to contribute to the advancement of cultural and artistic endeavors. Fu Hsing's success in receiving the award can be credited to the company's consistent and wholehearted support for art and culture, as its subsidiary foundation repeatedly bought tickets or booked entire venues, inviting employees, their family members, and children from rural areas to watch performances. Furthermore, we've collaborated with cultural institutions like the National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts and the Pier-2 Art Center, setting up reading corners and sponsoring events such as the Youth Design Festival. We aim to cultivate a broader audience for arts in Taiwan through a diverse and creative approach.

Receiving the award on behalf of the company, the Cultural Director of Taiwan Fu Hsing shared heartfelt remarks, "We aren't merely a contributor to Taiwan's economy, but a catalyst for our cultural growth. We established the Taiwan Fu Hsing Culture & Education Foundation over two decades ago, dedicating ourselves to elevating Taiwan's soft power in education, sports, and the arts. We don't want to brag about doing tons or being top-notch, but we've been grinding away consistently". In the years ahead, the Taiwan Fu Hsing Culture & Education Foundation will continue its collaborative efforts with diverse partners, serving as a steadfast backbone of Taiwanese culture. Through our efforts, we also look forward to fostering more artistic talents and boosting the flourishing of Taiwan’s culture and arts.
