In 2014, we sponsored international students of IBMBA of National Sun Yat-sen University to participate in the 2014 Kaohsiung City Cup International Dragon Boat Championship. Coming from different countries including Guatemala, Russia, France, and Slovakia, the international students loved Chinese culture and wanted to experience the folk activity of rowing dragon boats. After learning that the international students have not only traveled far to study in Taiwan but actively participated in local activities, we were deeply touched and, therefore, sponsored them to take part in the competition. Under their hard efforts, they ultimately won second place from among all the College and University Teams.
