To encourage companies to disclose their information, improve the quality of the capital market to meet the international standards and upgrade our international image, the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) authorizes the Securities and Futures Institute to implement Corporate Governance Evaluation based on four dimensions—“Protecting Shareholder Rights and Interests and Treating Shareholders Equally,” “Enhancing Board Composition and Operation,” “Increasing Information Transparency” and “Putting Corporate Social Responsibility into Practice.”

According to the results of the 2020 Evaluation in April, out of a total of 906 TWSE-listed companies evaluated, Taiwan Fu Hsing was ranked in the top of 6%-20% and maintained its performance as last year. Besides, in accordance with the “Corporate Governance 3.0 – Sustainable Development Roadmap,” the TWSE also announced the tier of “a market value between NT$ 5 billion and NT$ 10 billion (268 in total)” this year and Taiwan Fu Hsing was ranked among the top 5% companies. This was a remarkable achievement. The TWSE has notified that the awards ceremony will be held on a scheduled date.
