The Taiwanese government held the first " National Exercise Enterprise Awards" election in Oct. 2016 . After 3 months of evaluation, TFH stood out from the severe competition among hundreds of well-known companies. Praised by the Vice President personally, TFH is not only one of the top 50 enterprises winning the title of “Exercise Enterprise” , but also the only one in our industry in Taiwan.

Exercise-loving is a deep-rooted culture in TFH. In 1987, our women tug-of-war team had won the national championship. Now, over half of TFH’s employees have exercise habits and nearly one-third of employees participate in at least one sports clubs in TFH. We have an out-door basketball court for annual ball games and an in-door gym which is fully-equipped for body building, pooling, ping pong, treadmill and yoga.

We also provide a high subsidy for sports clubs to buy equipment or to hold games. In addition, we have seminars inviting sport celebrities or exercise professionals to give tips to our employees. In TFH, we know how to do jobs well and live our lives healthier.

To celebrate the upcoming 60th Anniversary in 2017, We have started a Sports Carnival including a series of sport competitions throughout the year. Every employee in TFH plays a part in this fun and innovative team-based event. The exercise-loving culture has made TFH a company with highly-energetic and committed workforce.

With the honor of the Top 5o Exercise Enterprise in Taiwan, TFH will keep this fun-loving and energetic spirit alive. With the mission of CSR, we will continue to work out creative ways to benefit the society we belong in.
