As a leading corporation in corporate sports promotion, Taiwan Fu Hsing keeps encouraging employees to develop hobbies of sports. The Global Views Monthly magazine planed the special issue for the topic “Boss Loves Sports”. In this special issue, the editors picked the top five companies from 111 recognized i-sport corporations and provided in-depth reports for the companies that are delighted to promote exercise, in benefits of employees’ health. We are happy to have this honor again to be the representative of i-sports in Taiwan’s hardware industry.

 

In the reports, we shared how we are devoted to combine work and sport seamlessly. It includes constructing the recreating space, inviting experts in different sport games and funding internal sport club. Our vision is to let our employees have positive hobbies, contributing to their jobs and families.

Over the sixty years, the enthusiastic and insistent attitude toward sports has been carried on. Our DNA marks out for sports since winning the tug of war championship in the Kaohsiung Lab Sport Games in 1987, the volleyball championship in the Kaohsiung Junior of Industry and Commerce Volleyball Game in 1995, and the Slow-Pitch Softball championship in China Steel Corporation Slow-pitch Softball Cup in 2015. In addition, we have developed corporate sport clubs, including slow-pitch softball team and Yoga club for over twenty years.

 

Loving sports is not enough. Moreover, we connect the athletic activities with public welfare by holding a weight loss camp for over weighted employees. After the successful practice by exercise and nutritional plans, our employees regained health and TFH donates the same amount of supplies as the total weight lost to social welfare organizations. The unique combination engages our staffs in joining the activity.
